About Cupertinum wines have written – in addition to many journalists and experts – three masters of wine criticism: Luigi Veronelli, Hugh Johnson and Gianni Mura. Our wines have received and continue to receive recognition from Italian and international wine guides and awards, we highlight some of them:

Wine Spectator 
Copertino Riserva: 92 points: wonderfully perfumed, with exotic spice, soft and velvety on the palate, with clear, fine tannins and flavors of ripe cherry and plum, candied orange, violet and graphite, this red is elevated with grace.

Cupertinum, one of the oldest cooperatives in Salento, sets a shining example with its Copertino Riserva: truly delicious. 93 points to the Riserva; 92 to the Negroamaro.
